Sounds like they just plan to spend millions polishing that turd they call an arena.
There really isnāt much they can do to make that place an attractive facility. Was really hoping theyād use this run to fundraise for a new 5000 seat modern arena.
Any new facility wonāt happening between now and November. Pretty sure that the FAU AD will be planning for something better. In fact, probably already working on that considering his pedigree.
Thatās a big deal for the AAC and FAU.
FAU is also upgrading conferences: it will be leaving C-USA for the American Athletic Conference later this year

Actually had posted that already but guess it canāt hurt to get repeated. Would have been a blow if both May and McCasland were departing at the same time. And sounds like many North Texas fans are pleased with the promotion of AHC Ross Hodge.
Iām just surprised that Andy Kennedyās name hasnāt come up for any openings.
Actually, AK has been mentioned during this cycle. Seems pretty happy in Birmingham.
